Medicinal Chemist (#1035)
This position will be responsible for leading and managing medicinal chemistry programs in Medicass’ R&D center located in Beijing China. Major activities include project assessment, experimental designs, carrying out of organic synthesis and semi-synthesis, collaboration with out-sourcing, and comprehensive project updates and completion.

Requirements:
• Ph.D or MSc in synthetic organic chemistry or medicinal chemistry and a strong scientific track record
• 3 years plus of drug discovery or relevant industrial experience, foreign experience preferred
• Successful track record in medicinal chemistry while operating within aggressive timelines
• Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical R&D process
• Hands-on operational ability
• Strategic thinker with the ability to be involved and to manage a fast growing business
• Flexible and innovative problem solver

Project Manager/Biologist (#1037)
The successful applicant will join us to manage projects for new drug pre-clinical development and to manage the collaborations, especially in pharmacology, PK, and GLP toxicology studies. The key responsibilities include project management, communications with SFDA and related experts, planning and updating of timelines and progress, writing of technical reports, working and monitoring closely with the collaborators.

Requirements:
• Ph.D./MD, or M.S in biology or pharmacology
• 3-year plus experience in the related fields
• Deep understanding of IND of new drugs at SFDA, including guidelines, analysis, and regulatory compliance
• The candidate should be: high energy, team oriented, and possess the ability to work well under pressure
• Must also be highly organized and thorough, independently motivated and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in written and oral forms.
